A BEAUTIFUL TIME

CELEBRATING 70

IN PERU

Stepping Back in Time in Peru

  • Machu Picchu

Incredible views from above Machu Picchu. This was the first and only time I was with a group of travelers in Peru, a delightful group from Lima. Fortunately, our guide spoke english and Spanish and was very adept at moving from one language to the other. The rest of the time I had one-on-one guides Fredy and Edward. Both very knowledgable. I felt so blessed and infused with their amazing energy!

  • Peruvian Agriculture

In this Sacred Valley, next to the Urubamba River, there are approximately 37 different crops growing as well as flowers in the greenhouses to supply all the hotels and businesses in Cusco and the surrounding areas. Monsanto is NOT welcome in Peru! NO GMO’S!!!

  • The Way To Ausangate' Mountain

This is one of a few trails to Ausangate Mountain and the many lagoons at the base. I stayed overnight at a small village, bathing in their natural hot springs baths and eating the local foods. I even tried Guinea pig! The magnificent mountains and lagoons welcomed us via walking and horseback riding (1st time in over 55 years!) for a two and a half hour ride/walk each way.
